PRIVATE helps beauty and wellness professionals manage clients, appointments, protected time, packages, and payments. We collect account, business, client, appointment, and transaction records necessary to provide these features.
Payments
Card information is collected and processed by Stripe. PRIVATE receives transaction identifiers, amounts, status, and limited payment-method details needed for receipts and reconciliation. PRIVATE does not store complete card numbers or banking credentials.
Appointment communications
Email and text reminders are sent only when the relevant contact information and consent preference are recorded. Delivery, retry, failure, opt-out, and consent records may be retained to operate and audit communications.
PRIVATE intelligence
Vera analyzes records within the business account to answer owner questions and prepare suggested actions. Vera does not independently message clients, change appointments, or charge payment methods.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the service, secure accounts, display schedules and financial records, complete requested transactions, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure, payment, artificial-intelligence, email, and text-message providers may process information needed to provide these functions.
Security and retention
Access is limited by business and role. Records are retained while an account is active and as required for security, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may change notification preferences in the client experience and request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible information through support. Some financial records may need to be retained where required by law.
